Can I order what I need if it is less than the minimum?
if the items you wish to purchase do not meet the minimum, we are still able to process your order by email, fax or phone. Please note that if this is the case, freight charges may be a high percentage of the order.
Also during extremely busy times throughout the year (eg.Christmas), customers whom have purchased over our minimum order will be given priority, however, we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

When am I eligible to go on account?
All new customers are automatically pro forma customers and who will need to pay up front before they are to receive their orders.
New customers will be able to apply for account status after they have paid for and received 3 orders. These customers will need to fill out CREDIT APPLICATION FORM(click to download) and either fax, email or mail their application to our head office for processing.

Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?
Our showroom and warehouse is located in Richlands, Brisbane.

Are the products displayed on the website in stock?
Our website is updated daily and Sunny Lew will always strive to provide our customers with only the most up to date stock levels.
If any products are on back order or are currently sold out, we will always provide our customers information on when this item will be back in keep our customers
How long does it take to process an order?
We endeavour to have your order processed within 2-3 working days of when we first receive your order. As proforma customers will need to pay for their order before we can deliver, the sooner we can get in contact with the customer and confirm payment, their order will be sent out that very same working day.
What if the product arrives broken or damaged?
It is crucial that you contact Sunny Lew within 7 working days and notify us of the damage to any items.
We also require that our customers fill out a DAMAGED ITEM CLAIM FORM (click to download).
