What is the minimum order?

The minimum order value is AUD$200.00 excluding freight charges.

Can I order what I need if it is less than the minimum?

if the items you wish to purchase do not meet the minimum, we are still able to process your order by email, fax or phone. Please note that if this is the case, freight charges may be a high percentage of the order.

Also during extremely busy times throughout the year (eg.Christmas), customers whom have purchased over our minimum order will be given priority, however, we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

Do you have agents?

Yes, Sunny Lew Trading is proud to work very closely with our many sales agents all over Australia.

Our agents are highly professional, friendly and an integral part of the Sunny Lew Team.

When am I eligible to go on account?

All new customers are automatically pro forma customers and who will need to pay up front before they are to receive their orders.

New customers will be able to apply for account status after they have paid for and received 3 orders. These customers will need to fill out CREDIT APPLICATION FORM(click to download) and either fax, email or mail their application to our head office for processing.

What are the credit terms for account customers?

Please note that all our account customers are given 30 days unless arranged and approved by the accounts department.

How can I get the best out of your website?

It is in our experience and feedback from our many customers that Mozilla Firefox is the best to browse and purchase from our website.

Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are also widely used and acceptable.

Where can I see your prices?

In order to view our wholesale prices, you must first register on our website. Once your application has been approved, you will be able to log on with your given username and password.

This website is for wholesale use only.

Do your prices include GST?

No. All prices shown on our website are GST exclusive.

Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

Our showroom and warehouse is located in Richlands, Brisbane.

If any of our customers wish to come and visit our showroom, please refer to directions in CONTACT US.

Are the products displayed on the website in stock?

Our website is updated daily and Sunny Lew will always strive to provide our customers with only the most up to date stock levels.

If any products are on back order or are currently sold out, we will always provide our customers information on when this item will be back in keep our customers

Do you keep my credit card details on file?

No. For security reasons Sunny Lew will always destroy a customer’s credit card details once payment has been processed. We will never store a customer’s credit card details in our system.

What are the payment terms once I go on account?

Once a customer has been approved to go on account, the payment terms are 30 days from the date of the initial order.

 How long does it take to process an order?

We endeavour to have your order processed within 2-3 working days of when we first receive your order. As proforma customers will need to pay for their order before we can deliver, the sooner we can get in contact with the customer and confirm payment, their order will be sent out that very same working day.

When do you charge my credit card?

We will charge your credit card at the time of shipping your order, or if you wish to put any items on hold when we would charge a deposit fee.

Do you charge a fee for credit card payments?

No we do not charge any fee for credit card payments.

Do you accept AMEX?

Yes, we do accept American Express (AMEX) credit cards as form of payment.

What if the product arrives broken or damaged?

It is crucial that you contact Sunny Lew within 7 working days and notify us of the damage to any items.

We also require that our customers fill out a DAMAGED ITEM CLAIM FORM (click to download).

How much is freight?

The minimum freight charge on a standard order is $25.00 to all major cities.

*Freight charges may vary for more rural locations.

Our friendly sales team is always happy to provide you with freight quotes if required.

How is freight calculated?

Freight charges are based on cubic measurements and weight. It also depends on where the goods are being delivered to.

Who do you use to send my order/who is the courier you use?

Our main courier is Star Track Express.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to your location.

Capital cities such as Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are 1-2 working days.

Other areas can vary from 3 – 7 working days.

Can I track my orders’ delivery process?

We are happy to supply you with your consignment number once your order has been processed.

Do I pay freight on backorders?

There are nominal freight charges on backorders.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if customers wish to pick up their order in person from our warehouse or showroom, please call our main switchboard number on (07) 3375 9688 within at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Can I send my own preferred transport to pick up my order?

Yes, we are happy for customers to nominate their preferred transport to pick up their orders. Customers must call our main switchboard number on (07) 3375 9688 to notify us of the arrangements 24 hours prior to pick up.

Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

We have a showroom located at:

Please be aware that for the most up to date pictures/images of our large range of products, we recommend you visit our website or Trade Fairs.

Am I contacted when my backorder is available?

Yes, we will endeavour to contact our customers when backordered items are available, unless the customer has notified us to send out their orders without calling.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, direct bank deposits, cheques, money orders and cash.

Do you only ship to Australia?

We also ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States

Who do you supply to?

We do not supply directly to the public.
